Welcome to The Rolling Pictures. By booking our photography or videography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payments
   A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any other agreed-upon method.
2. Service Delivery
   We will provide photography and/or videography services as per the agreed package. Final edited images and videos will be delivered within the timeframe discussed during booking, typically within 4-8 weeks of the event.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
   If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
4. Image Use and Copyright
   The Rolling Pictures retains the copyright of all images and videos taken. You are granted personal usage rights to the final delivered content. We reserve the right to use selected images and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
   You are responsible for ensuring that all event participants are aware of and comfortable with photography and videography. If certain people do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must inform us in advance.
6. Liability
   While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your event media, The Rolling Pictures is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, environmental conditions, or other events beyond our control that may affect the final outcome.
7. Editing and Revisions
   The final edited images and videos will reflect our professional style. Minor adjustments or revisions will be considered, but extensive re-editing may incur additional charges.
8. Acceptance of Terms
   By booking and paying for our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
